Shipping policy
By processing your order and payment you are accepting the following terms and conditions regarding the shipping and delivery of your purchase.
All orders are processed and packed within 24 hours of placement excluding weekends and public holidays.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Once your parcel has been dispatched from our warehouse, you will be notified via email.
Where local delivery applies, you will be notified via email of the expected delivery date (and time where possible).
AUSTRALIA:
Free standard shipping when you spend over $100 AUD
Orders under $100 AUD are a flat rate charge of:
- Standard - $12.50 AUD
- Express - $15.00 AUD
LOCAL DELIVERY:
Free local delivery applies when you spend over $80 AUD and your shipping address is in the "Bay & Basin" area. This area is determined by our website & postage systems and may not align with your understanding of the "Bay & Basin". If you are eligible for free local delivery, you will be able to select this option during checkout; if your are not eligible, this option will not be available to you at checkout. Local delivery is provided by our team members in company/personal vehicles. Most deliveries will be made on Tuesdays & Thursdays. Deliveries eligible according to the above outlines will be delivered on the next available delivery day. Orders made before 12pm the previous day will be allocated for next available day delivery, after 12pm the previous day will be allocated dispatch on the following delivery day. If you live in Jervis Bay Village/Wreck Bay and surrounds, and you are unable to access our 'Local Delivery' option from checkout, please contact us & we will happily organise personal delivery to you on our next available local delivery date.
ESTIMATED SHIPPING TIMES:
Express Post: 1-5 business days (where available)
Standard Post: 2-10 business days
Local delivery: Orders placed between 12pm Wednesday & 11.59am Monday will be delivered on TUESDAY. Orders placed between 12pm Monday & 11.59am Wednesday will be delivered on THURSDAY.
INTERNATIONAL:
New Zealand: Orders above $20NZD
Standard Post Flat Rate Charge: $22.60NZD
Estimated shipping times: 6-27 days
Please refer to local courier/handler for additional delay details - once your parcel has arrived in the destination country we have little to no communication from local delivery services in regards to your package.
North America (USA & CANADA): Orders above $20AUD
Standard Post Flat Rate Charge: $55.00AUD
Estimated shipping times: 10-27 days

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
Above delivery times can change depending on the time of the year, holiday periods, weekends and severe weather. We are not responsible for stolen packages or packages delayed in transit.
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide the correct shipping/delivery address for an order. If the wrong delivery address is provided, GECKO SKATE cannot offer reimbursement for this package. Please include your personal/best contact email address & phone number when possible to ensure direct contact can be made by AusPost or our local delivery team.
